Assistant Dispatcher - Duties
will include but not limited to inter-company communication, data entry,
permit acquisition, answering phones, assist in resolving customer and driver
issues, assist Dispatch Manager and other office duties as needed. The
skills required include prior dispatching experience, knowledge of
Arizona Department of Transportation and
Federal Motor Carriers Regulations,
multi-tasking capabilities, computer literacy in Windows XP and Microsoft Office
products, keyboarding, ability to read maps, strong verbal and written
communications skills, well organized and a professional manner to exceed the
expectations of our customers.
